World Water Day was commemorated  Today and the theme for 2012 was Water and Food Security:

The World is Thirsty Because of our hunger

 Water percentage  is decreasing  around the world due to deforestation and Global Warming and environmentalists urges that water needs to be protected for the future generation, Nealy 7 billion consume water today and by 2050 this percentage will increase by another 2 billion. Around 2-4 liters of water is consumed by an individual every year. Protecting water will save lives.
